Especially in hot summer, it can feel hot to touch the surface, and the internal temperature is even higher. 1. Create a good cooling environment. When using the notebook in a high temperature environment, the power adapter should be placed in a place that is not exposed to direct sunlight and ventilated; in hot summer, we can place the adapter on its side to increase the contact area between the adapter and the air, so that the adapter heat is dissipated better. For better heat dissipation, we can also put a narrow plastic block or metal block between the adapter and the desktop to increase the air convection speed around the adapter and speed up the heat dissipation of the adapter.
2. If any abnormality occurs, stop using it in time. When the power adapter emits loud working noise or even smoke, it is often damaged or faulty. It should be stopped immediately, and it can be put into use again after being repaired by a professional engineer.
3. Be careful when using a non-original power supply. Non-original power adapters may have some differences in output interface, voltage and current values (or the nominal value does not match the actual value).
When we use laptops in our daily life, we should pay attention to the maintenance of power adapters, and we should also pay attention not to counterfeit non-standard power supplies. Otherwise, no matter how you maintain it, abnormal charging may occur.
